The Guest Speaker for TOVA’s General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, will be Chris Singh, a Veteran Service Officer (VSO).
Chris spent 10 years in the Marine Corps. He was a member of a Reconnaissance Unit. He served 16 years in the Air Force as a Refueling Crew Member on a KC-135 Air Refueling aircraft. He retired from the Air Force in 2005.
He has been a Veteran Service Officer (VSO) for the past 18 years. Chris has also served as a Post Service Officer (PSO) and Chapter Service Officer (CSO) for the following organizations:
VFW chapter #5277
Past Commander of the DAV #87
Past Commander of the American Legion #239
Past Commandant of the Marine Corps League # 1120
Chaplain for the Moose #1516
He is currently a Mason.
As a VSO, he helps Veterans and their dependents gather claim evidence, provide critically important advice and insight, and helps to educate veterans on various benefits they may be entitled to.
Chris's main role as a VSO is to educate Veterans on how to Navigate the VA maze and how to go about applying for VA Health Care, both Mental and Physical. Chris also helps Veterans to achieve deserving financial help.

Membership meetings every third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM
